We might have just lost our minds!

So getting a puppy is a huge commitment as we quickly learned with Drake(he chews anything and everything). However, we decided this weekend that if were going to have one chewing machine we may as well make it two. Yes, that is correct that means we are getting puppy number two. You see Drake is Matthew's little buddy so it's only fair that I get one too. Besides, Drake really does need a friend and I feel like a horrible mom leaving him home alone all day.

So that means in about three weeks we will be bringing home our newest addition and I am so excited. You will have to check back to see what kind of puppy we are getting and to see just how cute it is.

Regret

Have you ever regretted something the second it came out of your mouth. Well I did, I have decided to subject myself to the horror of running a half marathon!! Lets just say i'm not excatly what you would call the best runner--i know what your thinking probally the same thing that I am, this might end very badly. The marathon takes place in Moab in October and I am going to be running(or trying to at least) with my aunt who is everyday runner. 13.1 miles is not excatly what I would call a walk in the park so lets all pray that I can finish and don't want to kill myself in the process. I offically start training on Sunday and am just hoping to make it through the whole race without stopping. . . . . . . . wish me luck!
